SuccessFactors System Administrator

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Partner with HR Leadership, business process owners and other system administrators to configure, maintain, and operate the environment to support our business processes
  • Test all system areas during implementation, upgrade and/or other configuration change
  • Resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, and improvements
  • Provide end user support to ensure adoption and ease of use
  • Partner with team members to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer
  • Lead weekly system review meetings and communicate out process timelines, deadlines, and future agenda topics
  • Provide support on the application by working with the HR application owners and the vendor's support staff
  • Maintain SAP SuccessFactors security, users and permissions, security groups, rights management
  • Work with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on quarterly release system specifications, leading system changes, and communicating updates to impacted partners
  • Craft and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for each quarterly release
  • Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability the system
  • Monitor SAP/SuccessFactors integration(s), and any integrations to 3rd party vendor solutions

 

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field of study
  • Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors suite (in priority order): Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Succession
  • 3-5 years of SuccessFactors system experience
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to execute assigned project tasks within established schedule
  • Ability to communicate in the service of users and colleagues
  • Positive relationship skills – both internal and external (vendor)
  • Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from multi-functional groups
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment
  • Professional oral and written communicator with all levels of management
  • Dedication to results, leadership, teamwork, process improvement and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
