Location: Boise, ID, US

Company: Micron

Req. ID: 118012

In today's world, solid state technology is revolutionizing the industry. Micron Technology is a big part of that revolution. Come be a part of a leading edge team at Micron Technology as we build state-of-the-art Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) and Universal Flash Storage (UFS) tools. (If you're not familiar with UFS or NVMe, no problem. We don’t expect you to. But just so you know, it's a supersonic high performance storage interface for tablets and smartphones. If you think your tablet or smartphone is fast today, you haven't seen anything yet!)

As a member of our team you will help create state-of-the art test tools that will help streamline Micron's product development and validation pipelines. You will help develop test APIs, performance and stress test applications,  GUIs,  device drivers, and other tools that might be needed.  You will be given the opportunity to innovate and show your best self to the team.

We are a small team of expert C++ devs that are developing a cross-platform API that is used extensively both in and outside our company to verify and qualify our storage products. Our tool sports a python or C++ interface that allows our customers to write code in either language. Your code will be one of the building blocks that will enable us to provide them a state-of-the art tool. To make our tools more accessible to our customers, we support both Windows and Linux environments but our customers use primarily Linux.
