Sales Enablement Specialist

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for working with Sales leadership teams to manage sales enablement initiatives. You may be responsible for leading and coordinating programs to achieve the Sales business goals and objectives.

Key skills that will be necessary in the role include root cause analysis, pay-back assessment, risk analysis, efficient resource utilization.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Develop, lead and manage delivery and execution of training programs
  • Streamline sales onboarding and training delivery
  • Partner with Business Unit and Field Sales/FAE to create and package high-value, easy-to-use sales tools (sales guides, training decks, presentations, demos, collateral, calculators, competitive matrix, etc)
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics of training program and sales success as feedback mechanisms for continual improvement
  • Ensure consistent adoption of the sales methodology in partnership with Sales Management

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, processes & techniques
  • Experience in delivering sales training programs in one-to-one settings, traditional classroom formats and web-based platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and analytical/decision making skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with managers at various levels
  • Strong project and time management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines
  • High degree of self-initiative/motivation and ability to think and act independently

 

Education

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience

 

Experience

  • Prior experience in directly developing sales training and/or delivering sales enablement tools preferred.

 

Work Place

  • Travel Required
