Quality Management Office - QMS Intern

As a member of Quality Management Office team in Boise Idaho you will assist with process of achieving and maintaining ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality certifications, support development of training programs and develop sharepoint solutions for QMO needs.

In this position you must have the ability to cross-collaborate with other teams

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

Assist with the design and implementation of QMS business processes

Support project management to improve Micron Quality Management System

Utilize decision making and troubleshooting tools to resolve issues and problems

Communicate QMS process improvements to program and project community

Develop training material, training plan and maintain the training records for QMS needs

Develop and maintain sharepoint solutions for QMO needs

 

Plan and Initiate Projects:

Define project scope, objectives, and milestones

Determine resource requirements

Schedule resources and tasks

Define and manage risks

Document project definitions and plan

Communicate project vision, objectives, scope, and deliverables to sponsors and stakeholders

 

Manage QMS Improvement Project Portfolio:

Assist in the development of training program roadmaps

Collaborate with stakeholders on cross-departmental roadmaps

Communicate program status to QMS community

Assist with process anlaysis document for registrar auditors

Support documentation and follow up on ISO 9001 audit none conformancecs – Internal and external

Develop and maintain sharepoint solutions

 

-Must have a continuing education date past September 1, 2018
