At Micron, we transform how the world uses information to enrich life.  As a Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) Engineer Intern within Non-Volatile Memory Engineering, you will work with a brilliant team of Engineers responsible for taking cutting edge devices from design to mass production. The PYE team’s focus is to drive test yield and product reliability at product introduction to enable rapid production ramp.  If you join us as an intern, you will use a combination of electrical and physical characterization techniques combined with statistical analysis to identify physical defects. Successful candidates for this exciting opportunity will have:

  • Computer aided schematic and layout experience
  • Semiconductor process coursework
  • UNIX and Programming experience
  • Experience working in teams and ability to work well with others
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Course work in VLSI design and semiconductors (Preferred)
  • Work experience in related field through co-op, internship, or projects
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm

 

Education:

  • Must be pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Must be continuing education in fall of 2018
