Process Orchestration Analyst

a Process Orchestration Analyst, you will be responsible to coordinate and facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly Supply Chain planning activities and ensure that deliverables meet expectations of global stakeholders.  This will require interacting with various levels of organization in and outside of the Supply Chain.  You will support transformation initiatives, process improvement projects and activities, and create and drive supporting process and efficiency metrics.

Role Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly, monthly, quarterly planning activities and deliverables
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly communications from Supply Chain to stakeholders (requirements, timelines, decisions, etc.) and ensure adherence to process and deliverables
  • Conduct scenario and baseline publish activities through various Micron system (LPI, CTM, RR, MICAP, TM1 Headcount, Etc)
  • Collaborate with Finance to analyze consolidated revenue, margin, and capex impacts of plan changes
  • Own and communicate Supply Chain planning calendars, deliverables, and due dates
  • Provide connection point to GSM and other organizations (Business Units, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales) for consolidating Business Plans and studies
  • Develop, coordinate, and summarize SRx studies for review and executive approval
  • Collaborate with GSM and Manufacturing to analyze and publish updates to manufacturing boundary conditions and their impacts to Micron’s revenue plan
  • Create, maintain and track performance to process metrics
  • Collaborate with GSM, Manufacturing, R&D, Product engineering teams to collect and analyze impact of yield, quality, technology adjustments, and roadmap changes
  • Identify process inefficiencies, conflicts, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts to address the gaps
  • Understand the interaction of Supply Chain technology solutions associated applications used within Micron (i.e. LPI, CTM, Rapid Response, MICAP, Tableau, APO-DP, etc) and collaborate with partners in Supply Chain and IT drive technology and process improvements
  • Ensure consistency in process application across different business units and GSM teams unless there is an explicit documented reason for deviation

  • Ability to use systematic problem analysis /decision analysis tools to improve processes.
  • Understanding of project management theories and practices to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects.
  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts, planning systems, and strategies
  • Knowledge of Micron’s manufacturing processes and current yield planning methodologies
  • Working relationships with key members of Product Engineering, SC, MFG, and the Business Units
  • Understanding of Micron’s Business planning activities



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Production Operations Management (POM)
    • Information Systems Management                                    


  • Master’s Degree
  • Certificate: APICS-CPIM

4 years of experience in any of the following

  • Supply Chain Planning
  • Manufacturing
  • Product Engineering
  • Business Operations
