NAND Product Engineer Intern

At Micron, we transform how the world uses information to enrich life.  The pace is fast, collaboration occurs on a regular basis, and innovation is expected.  As an intern with the Non-Volatile Engineering (NVE) Product Engineer team, you will work with a brilliant team of engineers to solve complex problems.  You will be responsible for characterizing and analyzing electrical failures to improve yield for overall device and system level performance. You will learn new tester platforms, write test programs, collect data, and statistically analyze the results to help resolve issues quickly.  Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to: introduce and develop cutting edge products and processes, enhance/optimize manufacturing yields, and achieve cost reductions.  If you want an internship that is meaningful and want to work with a phenomenal team, NVE Product Engineering may be a good fit for you.


Successful candidates for this position will have:


  • Semiconductor device physics coursework
  • Circuit/Logic design coursework
  • Programming and scripting experience, C++, Python and Perl
  • Experience working in teams and the ability to work well with others
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm
  • Work experience in related field through co-op, internship, or projects is a plus


  • Education:
  • Must be pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Must be continuing education in fall of 2018
