Product Marketing Manager - Networking Segment

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

To develop and execute the business plan for the Networking Segment with focus on the next 4 quarters.

This position is responsible for all marketing activities for Networking within the Compute and Networking Business Unit. This includes defining the strategy during quarterly business plan updates and tactically executing through product planning, customer notifications, collateral, and managing activities to align with the overall product lifecycle. This position requires continuous interaction with engineering, operations, sales, supply chain, NPI, business development, and BLM.




  • Marketing activities for the Networking Segment  
  • Support for sales, operations, and technical teams
  • Oversee product life cycle and global business activities
  • Align quarterly and yearly business targets for segment
  • Understand product functionality, performance, and quality
  • Coordinate customer strategy for product sales and issue resolution
  • Plan product mix to maximize revenue and gross margin
  • Monitor demand and supply balance and initiate operational and sales activities
  • Drive regular forecast activities such as MSR, demand plan, review of customer plan and sales forecast
  • Define customer allocation of planned volumes
  • Roll out proper execution of product transitions and ramps
  • Prepare product information and collateral including go-to-market plans
  • Understand competitive landscape
  • Manage activities and customer communication to align to product lifecycles
  • Interface with engineering and business development to collect requirements for new products, features, or enhancements


Successful candidate for this position will have:


  • BS or MS degree preferred in engineering, physics or similar subjects
    Alternative other university degree combined with 3-5 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership experience
