Intern WSG Business Planning Job

The WSG Business Planning Specialist’s role is to enable the management and development of the product/business plan, as well as maintain key business-related metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This function is part of the Wireless Solutions Group Marketing Product Management team which is responsible for the development and execution of WSG’s Product/Business Plan. This includes, but is not limited to, aligning and ensuring demand consolidation and analysis, supply prioritization and allocations, and demand plan management interaction.


- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and develop KPIs that are relevant for successfully measuring and monitoring progress towards organizational goals
- Develop and maintain reports and an executive dashboard that clearly communicate performance to plan and goals
- Extract relevant analysis from raw data for use in digestible material for specific audiences
- Provide periodical KPI reviews with different WSG functions, and leadership to align relevant data, KPI targets, and short and long term objectives
- Liaise with enterprise representatives to define Business Plan Objectives


A successful WSG Business Operations Specialist will possess:

- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and translate into clear, meaningful messages for key stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Ability to align internal stakeholders within Marketing, Finance and Sales
- Ability to cultivate global relationships
- Advanced level of expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access (or DB concepts)
- KPI / statistics related skills preferred
- Business and Technical acumen a plus


BS degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics or other related discipline; MBA Candidate Preferred
