Micron Technology operates in a dynamic industry where innovation and solutions are enabled by the IT department.  Semiconductor Lifecycle Management Solutions(SLMS) is a growing area of the corporate IT department.  We are implementation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions by leveraging Siemens Teamcenter platform. These are ground-floor opportunities to work on projects directly tied to the company’s highest strategic objectives. You will join a strong team doing great work in a positive and Agile/Scrum atmosphere. 
As an IT Software Developer for Semiconductor Lifecycle Management Solutions, you will be part of a project team using Agile & Scrum methodology, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnered with business stakeholders.  You will be responsible for developing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software applications and contribute to all software development related activities.  


Responsibilities and Tasks

These include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Planning, development, testing, and implementation of software written in C#, Java , and HP-UFT.
  • Gather requirements from process analysts and SMEs, design and document technical solutions
  • Troubleshooting / resolving issues collaboratively and assist team in finding solutions
  • Contribute to testing, risk analysis, group presentations, status reporting, and more  



An ideal candidate will have:

  • Programming experience in C#, Java, scripting languages
  • Knowledge of Databases
  • Proven problem-solving skills including diagnostic and research. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership by absorbing and retaining information across a range of technical areas. 



Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program working to obtain a degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
