ENGINEER - NVE MANAGED NAND PE

The pace is fast, collaboration occurs on a regular basis, and innovation is expected. As an engineer with the Non-Volatile Engineering (NVE) Managed NAND Product Engineer team, you will work with a brilliant team of engineers to solve complex problems. You will be responsible for coordinating product development and resources as well as defining, implementing and optimizing test methodologies and conditions for Managed NAND System Level products.

Over the complete lifecycle of the product you will have the opportunity to work with various engineering and manufacturing groups to troubleshoot, develop, validate and optimize device testing for customer returns and to meet specific product requirements. You will learn new tester platforms, write test programs, collect data, and statistically analyze the results to help resolve issues quickly. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to: introduce and develop cutting edge products and processes, enhance/optimize manufacturing yields, and achieve cost reductions. If you want a career that is meaningful and want to work with a phenomenal team, NVE Product Engineering may be a good fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for Initial Product Launch of New System Level Products
  • Coordinate preparation for manufacturing readiness
  • Ensure that the Memory System meets product expectations
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing
  • Provide technical training and expertise
  • Routinely communicate overall product status to leadership and cross functional product team
  • Provide guidance through debug and resolution of product related issues

 Qualifications:

Successful candidates for this exciting opportunity will have:

  • Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Circuit/Logic design coursework
  • Programming and scripting experience, C++, Python and Perl
  • Experience working in teams and the ability to work well with others
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills, able to make decisions in complex situations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm

Education:

  • Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Course work in VLSI, semiconductor process, and Programming languages is desirable, but not required
