Brand Program Manager

 

Job Description

 

As a Brand Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of resources, assets, and tools to support the Micron brand. This role is a champion for the Micron brand, and will provide consultation and guidance for key internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to brand standards. This role will report to the brand manager in Micron’s Global Communication and Marketing (GCM) organization.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

 

  • Maintain and update the Brand Portal, guidelines, and templates to ensure that the brand is easily accessible and usable.
  • Consult, train, and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Recommend best-in-class solutions to train and educate stakeholders on the Micron brand.
  • Manage the development and implementation of key brand assets that can be leveraged globally.
  • Responsible for ensuring that key channels, content, and assets are up-to-date and on-brand.
  • Participation in, and coordination of key brand activities and initiatives. This could include events, campaigns, agency engagement, and research. 
  • Manage the implementation of the global brand campaign, working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and lead development of creative ways to promote the Micron brand globally and achieve business priorities. This includes the development of creative assets, such as videos, infographics, etc.
  • Manage the trademark and naming request process.

 

Skills

  • Experience in brand, marketing or communications disciplines.
  • A proven ability to partner with global stakeholders and other functions in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of IT and semiconductor industry is a plus.

 

Education

 

Desired

 

MBA, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in communication,
marketing, PR, digital marketing, social media or related fields.

   

 

Experience

Required

 
  • 8+ years of experience in Global Corporate Communication or related marketing functions; preferably for another Fortune 500 firm.
